We are the Civetta Ski School in Val di Zoldo, part of the Ski Civetta ski resort. For the upcoming 2024/2025 winter season, we are looking for qualified ski instructors and federal trainers for ski clubs. The positions to be held may vary depending on the availability of the instructor/coach. Our offer adapts to every need, as we are looking for ski instructors both for weekends/holiday periods and for the whole season.
We feel confident, based on the experience gained over the past 40 seasons, that we can guarantee a minimum amount of teaching hours (to be agreed upon with the professional depending on availability) and collaborate in the search for suitable accommodation.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME
For the first time, our ski school has introduced a scholarship programme for juniors/athletes wishing to undertake the necessary pathway to become ski instructors. BECOME A SKI INSTRUCTOR
Dedicated to all those who aim at the profession of Ski Instructor in Italy. We offer a permanent centre for the preparation of Aspiring Ski Instructors, under the guidance of Luca Bertagnolli.
The centre offers a programme of introductory activities to best prepare each student for the selections for Ski Instructors, both for the Veneto region and for other regions. Specifically, the programme includes teaching the various skiing techniques from level 1 to 7, with related exercises, giant slalom tests both free and timed, and final assessment of individual aspiring instructors.
In addition, every day (except Monday and Wednesday) Luciano Maggi, 3-level coach and teacher of motor sciences, will carry out specific training sessions for the EUROTEST.

Luca Bertagnolli, Maestro di Sci dal 1995, Allenatore Federale dal 1997, Istruttore Nazionale dal 1999, Allenatore di 4 livello Europeo dal 2004 e laureando in psicologia.
La decisone di scegliere Luca Bertagnolli come responsabile del progetto è stata fatta in base alle innumerevoli esperienze professionali nel campo dello sci alpino, come:
La Suola Sci Civetta, organizzatrice del progetto,vanta una esperienza trentennale nell’insegnamento dello Sci a tutti i livelli,dalle squadre agonistiche degli sci club ai bambini principianti che iniziano la loro prima esperienza sulla neve.
La scuola opera in Val di Zoldo nel comprensorio sciistico del Civetta Superski ed ha all’organico 50 tra maestri e allenatori STF (Scuola Tecnici Federali).
L’obiettivo è creare un centro permanente per preparazione di aspiranti Maestri di Sci con una serie di attività propedeutiche atte a preparare l’allievo al meglio per le selezioni per Maestri di Sci valide sia per il Veneto che per le altre regioni.
Nello specifico il programma prevede l’insegnamento delle varie tecniche dello sci partendo dal bronzo base per arrivare all’oro avanzato, con relativi esercizi, prove di gigante sia libere che cronometrate e valutazione finale dei singoli aspiranti maestri.
Per i partecipanti al corso è possibile accedere al pacchetto Hotel Skipass e corso per tramite di Dolomiti Travel che propone condizioni particolarmente vantaggiose.
